Description
BTR3 stereo recorder (1959–1970)
The BTR3 is a special machine. Unlike many other EMI designs,
it was made exclusively by Abbey Road Studios. It was a stereo
machine used for mixing and disc cutting on all the Abbey Road
records of the 1960s. Only about two dozen were ever made, and
only three of these were known to survive today.
