Business Survival Growth Model (BSGM) Framework

| Description |
English: According to the BSGM framework, any new or current company must first develop the capacity to endure the difficult business environment with or without funding, and then remain alive long enough to break even. Only firms that can develop momentum growth will survive the longest when compared to their competitors. To remain profitable and acquirable, a company must prioritize financial growth over everything else.
Using the BSGM framework, it is explained that increasing challenges from within and outside the business (internal and external) act concurrently to provide the firm with a competitive edge over competitors in the same industry. The objective is to have the biggest market share. According to the Internal BSGM Framework Forces, in order for any organization to survive in today's fast-changing business environment, it must be able to practically develop, implement, and evaluate the "Who", "What", "Why", "When", "Where", and "How" aspects of business, while maximizing the internal forces acting within the organization to keep the business financially healthy (A.C.Eneanya, 2020) |
