Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Makanan lokal di sekitar kepulauan Seram yang di buat oleh penduduk sekitar , bentuknya mirip kue waffle, terbuat dari singkong. Dapat ditemukan di sepanjang jalan Yaputih ke desa Piliana. Saya menemukan makanan ini ketika sedang melakukan perjalanan pendakian ke Gunung Binaiya, makanan yang menjadi penyelamat hidup ketika perut tak menerima nasi. Rasanya tawar, namun nikmat dimakan dengan kopi , teh atau susu panas. Babes dapat menjadi salah satu sumber bahan ketahanan pangan nasional selain beras.
