Description
English: The hot pressing of TiC-B4C-Si powders results in TiB2-SiC-C ceramics. The investigation of the ceramic structure with SEM-EDX revealed nanofibers composed of B, Si, and C atoms emerging in the ceramics during the reaction hot pressing procedure.
