  Pas debimit te  forcave te  ushtris dhe  policis  okupatore  serbe nga  kosova  ne  qershor te  vitit  1999 avniu nuk e  nderpreu aktivitetin e  tije  luftarak

  Me rastin e  fillimit  te  luftes  ne  kosoven lindore  Avniu me  disa  luftetar  merr  pjes  kuder te  UCPMB-es  ku edhe  caktohet  komandues  i nje skuadre .  ne  mesin e  ushtarve ishte njohur  me  nofken "DRENICA"  .    edhe  ne  radhet e qlirimtarve te  kesaj ane avniu tregohet trim i perkushtuar. me qe  ishte gjithnje ne  radhet e  para te  luftetarve  plagoset per  her  te  3 nga  arama  armike , por serisht  sherohet me  sukses. 
  Pas  nenshkrimit te marrveshjes  per  demilitarzim e  Ucpmb-es avniu me  qindra  luftetar nga  drenica  e  pashtriku nuk i dorzojn armet  kalojn ne  rajonin e  kumanoves ku tashme  kishte  filluar  lufta per qlirimin e  trojve shqiptare  nga okupatori sllavomaqedon ne vendin e  qujtur brana ku kan shpartalluar  forca okupatore  sllave te  perkrahun nga  hilikopteret e  ukrahines 
 Pas  luftes ai shpesh here  kontaktonte  shkoet  ne territorin e shkupit e te teoves  me  25.03 2002 ne  fshatin reqic te voget te teoves . Avniu vritet ne rrethanat ende te  pa sqaruara .
