Description Ausblick zum Hohenrechberg: Der Rechberg besteht aus zwei ungleichen Bergkuppen, dem 643 Meter hohem Schlossberg mit der Burgruine Rechberg, und dem 707 Meter hohem Kirchberg, dem Hohenrechberg mit seinem Heiligturm, der Wallfahrtskirche.Seit Ende des 11. Jahrhunderts ist der Hohenrechberg ein Gnadenort. Damals brachte angeblich ein Einsiedler ein schönes, aus Lindenholz geschnitztes Bildnis der Jungfrau Maria mit. Um das Jahr 1488 ließ Graf Ulrich von Rechberg eine steinerne Kirche erbauen..
