Text Appearing Before Image:
nother in glory?Studying that glory, we may have been led up to someidea of the difference in the stars themselves. Weare charmed with the variegated flowers of our gardenof earth; but He who makes the fields blush withflowers under the warm kisses of the sun, has plantedHis wider garden of space with colored stars. Therainbow flower of the footstool, and the starry flowersof the throne, proclaim one Being as the Author ofthem all.—H. W. Warren, But there are other differences in light; and by thisdifference, we learn of new differences in the heavenlybodies. The passage under consideration tells us thatthere is one glory of the sun, and another glory ofthe moon. Then the reason follows: for one stardiffereth from another star in glory. We are here told that the glory of the moon is oneglory, and that the glory of the sun is another glory. To demonstrate it, we gather up the light coming fromeach, and look for the difference in that; because thesun differs from the moon in its light.
Text Appearing After Image:
SiRius, A Celestial Furnace The most brilliant star in the heavens. Many times larger and brighter than our sun. It has an almost invisible companion that revolves around Sirius in about fifty years. # \ ^^ ^\
