Description
English: Bara Imambara Mosque, located in old Hussainabad area in Lucknow, was built by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula between the years 1785 and 1791 AD. This was a famine relief project to provide work to common people. The mosque is known as Asfi Mosque.
