This is the July 1919 issue of the Armco Bulletin, a monthly publication "published in the interests of 'ARMCO MEN' under the direction of the Departments of Personal Service." This bulletin is titled, "For Armco Men", and has a patriotic theme; the leading article in the issue is titled, "The United States of America."
