Description
English: Area Scan or Reciprocal Spacemap of an InAlAs buffer layer with increasing In content from 10 to 80%. The Peak in the upper right corner comes from the GaAs substrate. The broadening of the lower peak is because of the variaton of the cristallits.
Deutsch: Areascan oder Reciprocal Spacemap einer InAlAs Pufferschicht mit einem steigenden In-Gehalt von 10 bis 80%. Der Peak in der oberen rechten Ecke ist dem GaAs-Substrat zuzuordnen. Die Verbreiterung des unteren Peaks ist der zufälligen Verteilung der Kristallite zuzuschreiben.
