Arduino-based wow-and-flutter meter DSP arrangement

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Arduino-based wow-and-flutter meter DSP arrangement approximating the specification of DIN 45507 / GOST 11948-78. Low end of frequency response (under 20 Hz) is ok, but the high end (20 Hz to 300 Hz) is a very crude approximation. Clock speed and resolution of the 16-bit timer do not allow quality reproduction of the standard curve. Filter constants and gain in the narrow-band channel tweaked by hand in a spreadsheet to match DIN45507 (passband 1.2 to 12 Hz, center at 4 Hz).
Update: added a "Japanese" WRMS display channel (rightmost column). Typically, WRMS values are 2-3 times lower than DIN 45507 narrow-band - so no wonder the Japanese loved them.
