  • Les éditions Larousse| sont une maison d'édition française historiquement spécialisée dans les ouvrages de référence, notamment les dictionnaires. De 1927 à 1933, Paul Augé, fils de Claude, coordonne le Larousse du xxe siècle, dictionnaire encyclopédique universel en six volumes et imprimé en héliogravure. Il a progressivement succédé au Grand dictionnaire universel du xixe siècle, en étant toutefois plus concis, abondamment illustré, scientifiquement plus fondé, et en se fixant pour objectif de renouveler les connaissances de son temps.
