Italiano: Per alleggerire il lavoro dei cuochi delle mense ospedaliere, militari o di comunità, vennero creati anche apriscatole di grandi dimensioni, da banco o da parete, idonei all’apertura rapida e continua di un numero elevato di lattine. Il curioso esemplare esposto nella vetrina è un apriscatole multiuso montato su una mannaia da macellaio di produzione artigianale inglese del 1910 circa.
