Switching Equipment, 12,000 Volts The rebuilding of the 12,000-volt auxiliary bus structure complete withswitching equipment for No. 1 Ontario Power Companys feeder and No. 1 bank of110,000-volt transformers, which was mentioned in last years Eeport, was com-pleted and put into service on December 27, 1918. The 12,000-volt auxiliary bus structure and equipment for No. 2 and No. 3banks of 110,000-volt transformers and for No. 2 and No 3 Ontario Power Companyfeeders, which was installed in the original installation, has been completely takenout and new bus structures have been built. New bus and switching equipmentof the latest improved type has been installed on these structures. No. 2 structurewas put into service May 28, 1919, and No. 3 structure was put into serviceOctober 7, 1919.

Protection of Service The neutral resistances for the 110,000-volt and 46,000-volt outgoing lineswere completed and put into service in November, 1918. These have been enclosedby a temporary wooden building. These neutral resistances have to date provedentirely satisfactory. The new storage battery has been in
