Description
Deutsch: Durch die enge Schlucht des Arpa Çayı bei Ani verläuft die Grenze zwischen der Türkei (links) im Westen und Armenien (rechts) im Osten. Pfeiler und Fundamente im Tal verweisen auf die einst beide Teile verbindende Brücke über den Grenzfluss, die wegen anhaltender politischer Differenzen bisher nicht wieder hergestellt wurde. Links im oberen Viertel des Bildes erkennt man die Ruine der Gregorkirche des Tigran Honents.
