Rückseite: 8 / GUTE / GROSCHEN / 1758. Wertbezeichnung und Jahreszahl in vier Zeilen, darunter das Münzzeichen B.

Kommentar: Unter dem Namen Friedrich Augusts wurden 1761/62 in der eigens dafür eingerichteten Münzstätte Rethwisch in Schleswig-Holstein minderwertige Kriegsmünzen produziert. Das Gepräge wurde dem der preußischen Münzen angeglichen: das Münzporträt trägt die Züge Friedrichs des Großen, das Münzzeichen B entspricht dem der Münzstätte Breslau. Münzpächter war zunächst Karl Heinrich Schimmelmann, ab 1762 dann das jüdische Konsortium Ephraim und Itzig.
