Description
English: Live on the 30th of january, 2012. Budapest, Terézváros, the Andrássy avenue. The owners of the Andrássy 83 condominium demonstrated, carrying tablets, on their march from their condominium to the building of the Self Goverment (Terézváros, Eötvös street 3). Tablets: Romokban a világörökség része (Part of the World Heritage in Ruins), Lakhelyünk és életünk veszélyben (Our home and life in danger), Társasházunk veszélyben (Our condominium in danger). Terézváros Self Goverment agreed on the reconstruction of the building Andrássy 83 with investors. Since that time nothing happened. The bulding is in ruins, water is coming down on the walls, the roof is collapsing. Published under Creative Commons in the Metapolisz DVD line.


A felvétel 2012. Január hó 30 –án készült Budapesten. Az Andrássy út 83 szám Társasház tulajdonosai tiltakozó felvonuláson vettek részt. Az Andrássy út 83 számtól (a tulajdonukban levő társasház) Terézváros Önkormányzata Eötvös utcai székházához vonultak, ahol kérelmüket átadták Terézváros alpolgármesterének. Az Önkormányzat 2000 –ben, 12 éve szerződést kötött beruházókkal – a lakók feje felett – a ház felújítására. Azóta semmi sem történt, a romokban áll. Maxim Norbert: Követeljük az Önkormányzattól mondja fel (a beruházókkal kötött) szerződést. A lakások jórésze ázik, akár a második emeleten is. A lakások gyakorlatilag eladhatatlanok – egy ilyen épületben ki szeretne lakást venni. Akik vettek (lakást az Andrássy 83 szám Társasházban) befektetési céllal, külföldiek még a közös költséget sem fizetik. A beruházó sem fizeti a közös költséget, több mint 10 mFt. a közös költség tartozása. Megjelent Creative Commons alatt a Metapolisz DVD sorozatban.
