In front of St. Peter's church, on the small paved square, there is the rest of former huge (50 m height) and couple hundred years old cypress tree. It was twice hit by the thunder (1927 and 15 August 1935). Since than its top was destroyed (17 meter measured by Mr. Ivan Tvrdeić Mrša) and lost the cypress shape. Because of its age and size, this cypress tree is protected by law since 1825.
