| Description | "Faiz , the health worker, was explaining to me how they give plumpynut to mothers to take home to cure their children. However about a third of the mothers do not come back with their children for more to complete the three week programme. They 'default'. He explained that sometimes they feed their child with all of the plumpy nut rather than in small regular doses. This can lead to the child refusing the plumpynut. Other times they forget to wash their hands leading to diarrhoea. Or they complement the plumpy nut with other foodstuffs they should avoid. All of which can mak their situation worse. I looked at the package and saw that it was written in english, and there were no instructions. The mothers are generally illiterate and arabic speakers. It suddenly occurred to me we should put pictures on the packet explaining how to use it, just like Potnoodles!"
