Deutsch: August Haake malte das Gemälde "An der Wümme" in dem Zeitraum 1911-1914 in Fischerhude bei Bremen, Deutschland.
Date In the period of 1911-1914. The year is unknown.
Source "An der Wümme" (other name: "Wümme mit Bäumen") painted by August Haake over a period of 1911-1914 in Fischerhude near Bremen in Germany. Oil painting on cardboard in the size 71x50 cm. Property by the "Fischerhuder Galerie" in Fischerhude near Bremen in Germany. The painting is not dated and has no signing. August Haake used to ride his motorcycle from Bremen to Fischerhude. His painting was hanging on the way behind his back. This is the simple reason that the painting has two holes on the top. August Haake pulled a piece of string through both holes and made a knot. Therefore both holes are regarded as the signing by August Haake.
