English: The red bead is a powerful and important symbol in Igbo culture. It is associated with strength, power, and bravery, and is often worn by warriors and important leaders. The red bead is also used in ceremonies and rituals, and is said to represent the blood of life. It is seen as a symbol of protection and is believed to ward off evil spirits. In some cases, it is also believed to bring good fortune. The red bead is an important part of the traditional dress of the Igbo people
Igbo: Acha uhie uhie bụ akara dị ike ma dị mkpa na omenala Igbo. Ejikọtara ya na ike, ike na obi ike, ndị dike na ndị isi dị mkpa na-eyikarị ya. A na-ejikwa bead na-acha uhie uhie na-eme ememe na ememe, ma na-ekwu na ọ na-anọchi anya ọbara nke ndụ. A na-ahụ ya dị ka ihe nnọchianya nke nchebe ma kwenyere na ọ na-achụpụ ndị mmụọ ọjọọ. N'ọnọdụ ụfọdụ, a na-ekwenyekwa na ọ na-eweta ezigbo akụ. Acha uhie uhie bụ ihe dị mkpa na ejiji omenala ndị Igbo
