Description
English: An Afghan Commando from 2nd Company, 3rd Commando Kandak, pulls security during a clearing operation in Shah Wali Kot District, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, Feb. 8, 2011. The Commandos are partnered with U.S. servicemembers from Special Operations Task Force– South and along with District Chief of Police, Bacha Khan, detained 20 suspected insurgents for questioning. The partnered units also found an 80 pound jug of homemade explosives on the operation. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Jeremy D. Crisp)(Released).
