Description
Українська: Структура аміноацил-тРНК синтетази в комплексі з відповідною тРНК. Основною функцією аміноацил-тРНК синтетаз (АРСаз) є каталіз високоспецифічного приєднання L-амінокислот до гомологічних тРНК. Структура синтетази відображено з елементами вторинної структури (альфа-спіралі та бета-листи). Неструктурована ділянка відображена у вигляді "нитки". Колір у форматі rainbow. Азотисті основи тРНК у вигляді площин. Mesh структур та їх текстури отримано в UCSF Chimera (координатний файл PDB). Візуалізація виконана за рахунок vRay в програмі 3D's Max.
