English: Amélie Diéterle is a French actress born in Strasbourg on February 20, 1871 and died in Cannes on January 20, 1941. She was legitimated in Paris in 1892 by Captain Louis Laurent, Knight of the Legion of Honor. Amélie Diéterle married in Vallauris on June 16th, 1930 with André Simon (1877-1965). Amélie Diéterle plays mainly at the Théâtre des Variétés in Paris during the Belle Époque. Amélie Diéterle in 1897, in the revue, Paris qui marche, of Hector Monréal and Henri Blondeau. She interprets the role of Bengaline.
