| Description |
Deutsch: Rechts eine frühere Villa, die im Eigentum der Familie Edle von Querfurth stand, den früheren Besitzern der Eisengießerei Schönheiderhammer. Diese wurde 1945 enteignet. Nach 1945 wohnten mehrere Familien auf den verschiedenen Etagen um einen mit einem Glasdach versehehen Innenhof, daher im Schönheider Volksmund der Name Glasdachvilla. Das Haus steht seit den 2000er Jahren leer. Das Gebäude ist ein Kulturdenkmal und steht auf der Liste der Kulturdenkmale in Schönheide. Das Landesamt für Denkmalpflege beschreibt das Haus so: "Wohnhaus in Tudorgotik, mit Vorfahrt; Zeugnis großbürgerlicher Wohnkultur, von ortsbildprägender und bauhistorischer Bedeutung." Zur Bauzeit macht das Landesamt diese Angaben:"um 1865 (Wohnhaus)". Links die frühere Villa Alte Auerbacher Straße 13 (sog. "Oschatz-Villa"). This is a photograph of an architectural monument.
