Tegenover de personificatie van de Kerk staat de personificatie van de stad Luik, een vrouw met in de hand een staf. Voor haar knielt een putto met een mijter in de handen voor de Kerk. Rechts een standbeeld, waaraan zes schilden hangen. Op de achtergrond in het landschap de stad Luik.
