Description
English: All Saints Church, Halsham, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
Relief carving of a skull and cross bones on the keystone above a bricked up archway at the western end of the chantry chapel at All Saints Church, Halsham. The Norman church was the burial place of some of the Constable family (later of Burton Constable Hall), prior to the building of the nearby mausoleum at a cost of £10,000 between 1790 and 1800. The church was substantially renovated in 1871.
