Русский: Выравнивание для всех промоторов семейства vlhA из 12 различных штаммов M. gallisepticum (а) и полного набора прочих генов штамма S6 (б). Первые упорядочены таким образом, что имеющие более короткие GAA-треки расположены выше. Это позволяет легко различать их как желто-красную полосу. Правее них расположены области собственно промотора — ближайшая красно-синяя область (что соответствует обилию аденина и тимина).
