English: This is a modification of a map of dialects of Occitan made for an article about Occitan gastronomy. Pay attention, as "vivaro-alpin" dialect zone is not mencioned in the article, it has been erased of the map (may be it is time to put it in the article and the map!) whereas Aran Valley, which belongs to Gascon dialect, is marked separately because it has a special interest, as an Occitan zone in the Catalan Countries.
Català: El mapa mostra les diferents zones gastronòmiques dintre de la cuina occitana de les que es parla a l'article de "cuina occitana" a viquipèdia.
El mapa està en català. No he canviat el títol (on diu "dialectes de l'Occità") pq es tracta d'un mapa orientatiu, i de fet les zones dialectals poden ser una mica diferentes de les gastronòmiques. Sí he esborrat el dialecte vivaroalpí, pq sembla ser que la cuina de la regió no és occitana o almenys no s'en parla (el tros de l'article està basat en info del llibre de cuina occitana de Jaume Fàbrega) però es podria canviar... D'altra banda, he destacat la Vall d'Aran perque tenim un article especial per a la "cuina de la Vall d'Aran" i la tenim com a subcategoria expressa dintre de la "cuina occitana", separadament de la gascona, però recordeu que l'aranès no és un dialecte de l'occità sinó un subdialecte, en tot cas, del gascó. En aquesta versió, encara que quedi més bruta, les fronteres entre regions franceses estan marcades més clarament, i a més hi ha els seus noms -en negre- i les seves capitals -en bordeus. La idea és facilitar el pas de regions culturals a regions oficials, o al contrari, d'una manera més ràpida als que estan poc familiaritzats amb el tema. |
