Description
English: In addition to the present edition Vallée lists later editions in 1845-47, 1849, 1854. Includes index of streets, etc. Vignettes of fortifications, important buildings, monuments, etc. appear at their sites on the plan. Scale varies. See: Note de l'auteur. On verso of Getty copy is label of print seller Journeaux (9, Boulevart de la Madeleine). It partly covers label of establishment that mounted the plan on toile, bearing hand-written title: Paris et ses forts. Indexed by: Vallée, L. Catalogue des plans de Paris, 3181.
