Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Diagram published in 1912 issue of "Flight" magazine showing Victor Tatin's "Torpedo" aircraft --also known as the "Paulhan-Tatin Aéro-Torpille No.1" and the "Paulhan-Tatin Aero Torpedo" (built in collaboration with early French pilot Louis Paulhan). The streamlined shape was a purposeful attempt to lessen the effects of aeronautical drag.
