[edit]DescriptionAir slide diverter.jpg |
English: Bheema engineering is the manufacturer of Air Slide (Close air Slide & Open Air Slide) that is used in applications of numerous industries. These Diversions are deployed in diverting the flow of material from one direction to other directions. Sturdily constructed, these Diversion are appreciated for their precise dimensions, corrosion resistance and long service life. Bheema Air Slide improves the capacity as compare to screw conveyor as per area used for installation.
The Airslides are used for pneumatic conveying of powdered materials such as Cement/Raw meal /Fly ash etc. The material is received at inlet of Airslides on polyester diaphragm, on upper compartment. The polyester cloth/Fabric has air permeability. Air under pressure is applied to the lower compartment by a blower. The aerated material thus flows like a liquid with a suitable inclination (about). Dedusting is effected through upper compartment. The material is discharged through discharge spout to other sections connected to it. Any blockage/obstruction in material flow can be found through inspection windows provided at suitable places and can be removed through cleanout doors. The Bheema Airslides provides dust free conveyance of materials. • Design Capacity for material conveying.-50-2000 TPH. |
