Description
English: Outlined in red is the AimR peptide receptor structure. It can be seen binding to the helical double-stranded phage DNA, outlined in black. The HTH regions represent the DNA-binding domains. Derived from Figure 3(b) of "Deciphering the Molecular Mechanism Underpinning Phage Arbitrium Communication Systems". Modified independent of the authors listed, with permission.
