Description
English: Agroforestry system in initial phase, with black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) as principal cash crop, interplanted with cupuaçu ( Theobroma grandiflorum ) and açaí ( Euterpe oleracea ) for future fruit production, as well as timber trees (mahogany— Swietenia macrophylla and ipê— Tabebuia sp.) and Brazil nut ( Bertholletia excelsa ) as long-term products.
