English: Afon Gele, near Towyn. The Morfa Gele is an extensive area of old saltmarsh now converted to pasture and arable land. Prone to flooding, there are extensive floodbanks and drainage ditches. The Afon Gele flows very slowly across this flat land in a channel lined with reeds. |
