Summary

[edit]
Description
English: SVG-graphic, showing how the coordinates (x1,x2) may be constructed from a given point P and vice versa in an affine plane merely by using parallels, provided the basic ponits (O,E1,E2) are given. (Coordinates are here actually points on the first axis OE1.) The point P2 and the lines, which are used as intermediates in the construction are blue.
