Description
English: Rectangular, rounded corners, with incised decoration in the aesthetic style: rectangular reserve in upper right corner features owl on branch, same rectangular reserve overlaps circular reserve on lower left, which features heron standing among water lilies and cat tails, all set against background of alternating narrow and wide diagonal bands, the wide bands decorated with fine, alternating stippled and swirling lines. Reverse features on upper left empty reserve shaped like a parallelogram with small fan motif in lower left corner, it overlaps circular reserve on lower right with perching birds ornament, all decoration on same ground of alternating bands as front. Lid hinged on side. Lozenge shaped striker on bottom.
