Description Dispositif de démonstration de l'association ADOPTA ; association Loi 1901 réunissant la ville de Douai, le Conseil régional du Nord Pas-de-Calais et l'Agence de l'eau Artois Picardie, dédiée à l'expérimentation et à la promotion de techniques alternatives de lutte contre les inondations et le ruissellement urbain. Cette "noue", sorte de fossé très élargi absorbe les pics de ruissellement sans envoyer l'eau vers l'aval où elle contribuait autrefois aux inondations. Elle s'infiltrera lentement dans le sol, en grande partie dépolluée par les plantes et les bactéries du sol.
