Ausgestellt Wien, 11. 2. 1880, mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift des Kaisers, Gegenzeichnung Ministerpräsident Graf Eduard Taaffe und Ministerialrat Franz von Schmidt-Zabierow. Pergamentlibell, 7 Seiten, farbige Wappendarstellung signiert C(arl) Boess, Moiréspiegel.
