Description

de: Befestigung eines Wälzlagers mit kegligem Innendurchmesser auf einer zylindrischen Achse/Welle mittels Spannhülse im 120°-Schnitt.

Die einzelnen Bauteil sind mit Nummern versehen und haben folgende Bedeutung:

1)Achse/Welle

2)Nutmutter (DIN981), grün

3)Sicherungsblech (DIN5406), blau

4)Waelzlager (hier: Pendelrollenlager)

5)Spannhuelse (DIN5415), rot

Das Sicherungsblech greift mit seiner am Innerdurchmesser befindlichen Nase in die Nut der Spannhuelse. Eine der am aeusseren Umfang befindlichen Laschen ist umgebogen und greift in eine Nut der Nutmutter ein. Dadurch wird ein Lösen der Mutter durch Formschluss sicher verhindert.

Die Schnittflächen sind eingefärbt. Da die Spannhuelse oben geschlitzt ist (vgl. nicht geschnittene Spannhülse), ergibt sich für die Spannhülse nur im unteren Bereich nur eine Schnittflaeche (rot).
