Rückseite: DES BESTEN BAUMES HERRLICHSTER SCHMUCK // DER 16 TAG / DES / WEINMONATHS / 1751. Sitzende bekrönte Borussia mit Wappenschild vor einem mit sechs Früchten behangenem Weinstock.

Kommentar: Friederike Luise war die Tochter des Landgrafen Ludwig IX. von Hessen-Darmstadt und von Caroline, Pfalzgräfin bei Rhein, geboren 1751 in Prenzlau. Sie heiratete 1769 Friedrich Wilhelm, den späteren König Friedrich Wilhelm II. von Preußen. Die Medaille wurde auf ihren Geburtstag gefertigt, möglicherweise zu ihrem 35. im Jahre 1786, den ersten als preußische Königin. Die sechs Weintrauben auf der Rückseite der Medaille sollen ihre sechs lebenden Kinder symbolisieren.
