Description
English: Unexpected results of linear culture HEK 293 cells transfection with fluorescent labeled neuronal calcium sensor hippocalcin (HPCA-mTFP1, diffuse blue color inside the cell) and membrane-associated yellow fluorescent protein (EYFP-Mem, yellow color at cell edges). The abnormal morphology of the cell does not allow its use in work. Captured at laser scanning confocal microscope.
Українська: Несподівані результати ко-трансфекції клітин HEK 293 флуоресцентно міченим нейрональним сенсором кальцію гіпокальцином (HPCA-mTFP1, блакитний колір всередині клітини) та асоційованим з мембраною жовтим флуоресцентним білком (EYFP-Mem, жовтий колір по краях клітин). Аномальна морфологія клітини не дозволила використати її в роботі. Зображення отримано на лазерному скануючому конфокальному мікроскопі.
