Deutsch: Der Bildstock St. Ägidius steht am Eingang zur Gillamooswiese. Der Tabernakelbildstock ist auf einem quaderförmigen Fussblock errichtet. Das schlanke Mittelstück steht auf einem abgetreppten Sockel. Darauf befindet sich der ausladende Aufsatz mit Satteldach. Unter dem First ist ein kleines Kreuz angebracht. An der Vorderseite befindet sich in einer rundbogigen Nische ein Relief, das einen Teil der Heiligenlegende erzählt.
m Bronzerelief ist der Heilige vor dem Hintergrund von Abensberg mit der Hirschkuh dargestellt, die ihn ernährte. Über ihnen schwebt eine Friedenstaube. Vor ihm kniet der Westgotenkönig Wamba und leistet Abbitte. Am Relief ist zu lesen: ALLE STREITE UND FEINDSELIGKEITEN WAREN EINGESTELLT - ALLES ATME FREUDE UND LUST AM LEBEN - ST. GILG AM MOOS FRIEDENSSTIFTER In der Kartusche darunter steht: Hl. Aegidius hilft Am Sockelstein ist eine Steintafel mit folgendem Text eingelassen: Gillamoos ältester Jahrmarkt Bayerns nachweislich seit 1313 früher beim Gillahof 1,5 km westlich gelegen |
