Zafar, 4th Brigade, 205th Corps commanding general, greet each other before the Unity of Effort conference held by Uruzgan Provincial Governor Amir Mohammad Akhunzada in Tarin Kot, Afghanistan, Oct. 20, 2012. Discussion at the conference centered on the progress, development and security objectives of the Afghan government, as well as post-transition security, reconciliation, and the economy in Southern Afghanistan. The conference was the first of its kind to be held in the area
