The factual accuracy of this description or the file name is disputed.
Reason: Judging by the location of the heart and the shape of the aorta and its branches, the liver is located to the left in the body and the spleen is located to the right. Does the patient have situs inversus or is the image erroneously composed? If the latter is the case, the aneurysm-suspected object is actually in the liver area. Perhaps the gallbladder? Description
English: Multiphasic color MIP of abdominal aorta showing anatomy and splenic artery aneurysm. Splenic artery aneurysms are rare, but still the third most common abdominal aneurysm, after aneurysms of the abdominal aorta and iliac arteries.
