Geelkerck, Leiden 1619. Later opnieuw gebruikt in : I. Commelin, Begin ende voortgangh, van de Vereenighde Nederlantsche Geoctroyeerde Oost-Indische Compagnie, J. Janssonius, Amsterdam 1646.
