Norsk bokmål: Gården nevnes for første gang i forbindelse med proviantskriver Anders Aalum i 1690-årene.
En senere eier var bergskriver, senere direktør, Peder Hiort (1716-1789), og i 1793 ble Aalumgården solgt til markscheider Johannes Aas. Han solgte huset til bergarbeider Didrik Larsen Tønset, og denne slekten eide gården til 1846. Da kjøpte handelsmannen J. P. Schultzberg huset, men alt i 1852 gikk eiendommen over til kjøpmann Magnus Engzelius. I 1894 solgte Engzelius den store gården til Røros Sparebank, som ble opprettet i 1842. Bankgården er pietetsfullt restaurert, og Sparebanken hadde sine lokaler her fram til 1973. bergstaden.org: Aalumgården, hus no. 33 |
