The author died in 1932, so this work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 80 years or fewer.

Before 1996/7, according with this page and the Article 1 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 440 of July 20, 1945, the general copyright duration was 56 years from the time of the author's death. So as of January 1, 1996 the works of authors died before 1940 were in the public domain. Giacomo Gandi died in 1932 and, for that, the U.S. copyright for this work was not restored.
This file has been identified as being free of known restrictions under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights.
