Summary[edit]

Description
English: The surfactant stabilizes the interface between the continuous oil phase and the aqueous droplet. Also, the surfactants can reduce the adhesion of aqueous droplets to the channel wall, by decreasing the surface tension at the aqueous-oil interface.
