Description
English: Postcard with illustrations depicting the events of the revolution of 3 October 1910 in Lisbon, which led to the proclamation of the Portuguese Republic.
Português: Bilhete postal com ilustração historiada alusiva à revolução que deflagrou na noite de 3 de Outubro, em Lisboa, conduzindo à proclamação da República Portuguesa.

Constam os episódios: 1) o bombardeamento do Palácio das Necessidades; 2) a fuga da família real, na Ericeira; 3) a prisão dos Jesuítas para o forte de Caxias; 4) a proclamação na Praça do Município; 5) desembarque da Marinha no Terreiro do Paço; 6) a posição dos revolucionnários na Rotunda; 7) os elementos do Governo Provisório apresentam-se ao líder militar vitorioso, Machado Santos; sob estes, um dragão (símbolo da Casa de Bragança e do exército monárquico) jaz por terra, junto com a Coroa de Portugal;

8) os entrincheiramentos na Rotunda.
